The down spout drain at the NE corner of house behind garage is broken an plugged below ground level.
The down spout drain at the NW corner of house by retaining wall is plugged below ground level.

Trench to popup
– Trench from NW retaining wall to existing drain in yard
Trench
– Trench for new drain system from NE corner of house to NW corner of retaining wall.
Drain pipe
– 4″ solid smooth PVC
Riser Locations
– Risers at NW and NE corner of house
Risers should extend min of 6″ and no more than 16″ above grade
Conections
– 2 downspouts are connected to smooth glued 4″ PVC pipe.
90 degree at top and a “Y” at lower downspout.
Connect to existing drains at lower end of retaining wall using corotated pipe and fittings if desired.
Solid smooth PVC should be used to at least mid point NW retaining wall.

5. price for labor for AC and furnace install at same time
